Common Name | ethephon 5% Gel | |||
Description | Ethenol, like ethylene, mainly enhances the ability of ribon ucleic acid synthesis in cells and promotes protein synthesis. In plant abscission zones such as petioles, fruit stalks, and petal bases, increased protein synthesis promotes the re synthesis of cellulase in the abscission zone, which accelerates the formation of abscission layers and leads to organ shedding. Ethenol can enhance enzyme activity and activate phosphatase and other enzymes related to fruit ripening during fruit ripening, promoting fruit ripening. In aging or diseased plants, changes in peroxidase are caused by the promotion of protein synthesis by ethephon. Ethylene can inhibit the synthesis of endogenous auxin and delay plant growth. Ethephon is a plant growth regulator, which has the physiological effects of plant hormones to enhance the secretion of lotion, accelerate maturation, shedding, aging and promote flowering. Under certain conditions, ethephon can not only release ethylene itself, but also induce plants to produce ethylene. |
