Introduction | Mefenpyramid is an aryloxyphenoxypropionate herbicide, which can control most annual grass weeds very well. Unlike most of these herbicides, fenpyramid is safe for rice. It can effectively control the main weeds in paddy fields, such as barnyardgrass, chinensis, crabgrass and goosegrass, and is mainly used for weeding in transplanted and direct-seeded paddy fields. Metamifop is low toxic, safe for the environment and has wide miscibility.
Penoxsulam has attracted people's attention due to its low toxicity, high efficiency and safety. It will be further developed in the application of rice and become one of the important products. This product has a wide herbicidal spectrum, and has good control effect on various weeds common in paddy fields, including barnyardgrass, annual sedge and various broad-leaved grasses, and the effective period is as long as 30-60 days. It can basically control the damage of weeds in the whole season. Penoxsulam is safe to rice and can be used from the 1st leaf stage to the mature stage of rice, and it is also safe to the subsequent stubble. For some weeds that have developed resistance to sulfonylurea herbicides, Daojie also has a better control effect.
Cyhalofop-ethyl is the only one of the aryloxyphenoxypropionic acid herbicides that is highly safe to rice. Like other varieties of this group, it is also a systemic conductive herbicide. It has excellent selectivity to rice, etc., and is mainly used for controlling important grass weeds. Cyhalofop-methyl is highly effective against A. chinensis, and has a certain control effect on young barnyardgrass. It can also prevent and control crabgrass, paspalum, setaria, goosegrass, and barnyardgrass. Ineffective against sedge and broadleaf weeds. The drug is highly toxic to aquatic arthropods, so avoid flowing into aquaculture sites. When it is mixed with some broad-leaf herbicides, it may show antagonism, which is manifested by the reduction of the efficacy of cyhalofop-ester.
